According to a report by NW, as soon as Katie Holmes' split with Jamie Foxx became public, Tom Cruise wanted to reach out to his ex-wife immediately for a possible reunion. Katie is, reportedly, considering her options. The magazine's source hinted that, if she were to agree with the meeting, it would be in New York, which she considers her turf because she doesn't want Tom taking control.
Another reason Tom may want to reunite, according to the outfit, is his daughter Suri. It was speculated that Tom wanted to reestablish his relationship with his daughter, and this was the primary reason he wanted to get back together with his ex-wife.
However, this has been debunked by Katie Holmes' rep to Gossip Cop and said that the report was completely untrue. The outfit said that Tom made no move to reach out to Katie after her split with Jamie and that nothing has changed in terms of the mother and daughter's estrangement with the Mission Impossible star.
Apart from her relationship status, Katie has been getting a lot of attention these days because of her chic fashion style. Magazines and entertainment outfits have been spotting Katie in different venues in New York City, looking fashionable and in high spirits, Daily Mail reported.
Most recently, she was spotted out and about sporting a tight top and beige faux leather trousers. The star capped off the look with black stiletto booties.
In another outing, Katie was spotted with her daughter Suri looking casual as they grabbed some milk. Katie donned a gray sweatshirt and jeans with high heeled shoes while 13-year-old Suri also had a gray shirt and pink sweatpants as they strolled the street together.
It can be recalled that Katie's split with her long-time boyfriend Jamie Foxx after he was spotted out and about with up and coming singer Sela Vave. The actor and singer denied that he was in a relationship with the young singer, and clarified that she was entrusted in his care by her mother.
Before the confirmation of the split, it has been reported that the long-distance couple was having trouble in their relationship as they haven't been together in months.
