Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus are dealing with their divorce in different ways after their much talked about split several months ago. While the Hunger Games spends time with his family in Australia, the Wrecking Ball singer seems to have taken to music to share her feelings about their breakup.
In a report by MSN, Thor star Chris Hemsworth shared snaps of himself with his younger brother and some friends as they hung out in Make Peace Island in Australia. His wife similarly shared snaps from their bonding session with Liam Hemsworth and buddies Luke Munro, April Munro, Leah Grist and Aaron Grist in the beautiful location.
It can be recalled that after his split with his wife Miley Cyrus several months after their surprise wedding, Liam flew off to Australia to be with his brother Chris as the media frenzy blew over. It was speculated at the same time that Miley was already moving on with Kaitlynn Jenner, Brody Jenner's ex.
Since August, Miley and Kaitlynn have been spotted multiple times packing on the PDA in public, the latest being private New York Fashion Week event where witnesses claimed that they couldn't seem to stop making out, Page Six reported
While the divorce seemed bitter, Miley and Liam, who spent the better part of 10 years together in an on-again, off-again relationship never spoke negatively about each other. In his only statement post split, Liam said that he wished his wife nothing but health and happiness moving forward.
Miley also addressed cheating rumors by debunking them through her social media account. She also took the time to share with her supporters her emotional journey and said that she will always love Liam even though they're no longer together.
Meanwhile, Miley's new video for her new song Slide Away is being hailed as a masterpiece by fans because of the depth of meaning behind the music video. According to pundits, the Slide Away video is Miley's breakup anthem for husband in more ways than one.
According to a report by Teen Vogue, there were many nods to Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth's relationship in the song such the lyrics. "So won't you slide away. Back to the ocean, I'll go back to the city lights" and "Move on, we're not 17". The ocean seems to be a reference to Liam's home in Australia while Miley's city lights seem to hint at her life in LA. Move on, we're not 17, on the other hands was very meaningful since the pair met and fell in love when they were 17 years old.
There were also scenes that were a stark contrast to Miley's Party in the USA MV, illustrating how much she has changed in the past years. However, what caught fans' attention was the 10 of hearts card that was shown underwater in the final scene, which seemed to represent 10 years of their relationship sinking.
