Nine Network has dropped a new trailer for Love Island Australia Season 2, giving fans a glimpse of what is about to come. The video heavily features Sophie Monk wearing a sexy cupid outfit complete with wings and arrow hearts as she prepares herself to mix and match the new Islanders looking for love.

The promo starts with Monk seating on a cloud while talking to the God of Love, voiced by Eoghan McDermott. He revealed they have a big problem as love now lacks in the world, and dating apps don't work anymore. "We need more love," he said.

Monk assured God of Love the thing he worries is all taken care of as she knows the perfect place to find love. "It's an island. A love island," she teases. The media personality tells McDermott's character he can count on her as she is already looking for "hot bodies" to join the island.

The new Love Island Australia Season 2 trailer was shared on the show's official Instagram account. So, fans quickly expressed their excitement about it. Aside from the series' followers, former contenders, like Millie Fuller and Erin Barnett, also left some comments, showing their thrill.

Channel Nine has yet to announce the official cast members of the show's new season. But, Who reported the network included Jessika Power and Ines Basic in the hit series. As these two have been controversial stars, a source revealed they are likely added to bring some intense actions and lift its low ratings.

The insider explained the producers think Power would be a right fit for Love Island Australia Season 2. With all the drama that she is about to bring, add to that partner swapping is not a big issue for her, and she is a "rating gold," she will be a perfect addition to the series. But, there are rumors the plan is to introduce her character as an intruder halfway through the show to spice things up.

The new season is still in the middle of casting and needs to see how things will work out with other applicants. Applications are still open for those "sexy, young, and single" people who are "looking for true love."

Meanwhile, according to Pedestrian, a dramatic increase in the word "bro" was seen in the previous season. It caused more flirting than usual and "frightening levels of masculinity and the new season is expected to be the same."

By the looks of it, Love Island Australia Season 2 will soon introduce its complete cast members. Channel Nine has yet to announce when the new season will be out, but it is expected for release later this year.
