Arrowverse's shows are preparing for their most-awaited big small-screen crossover, Crisis on Infinite Earths. With The Flash Season 6's arrival this fall, it seems that all things are already in place.

According to reports, the Barry Allen-led crew will play a crucial role in the upcoming crossover. While surprising twists are expected in the course of the new season, CBR claims that The Flash Season 6 will start at a very heavy place.

This is just logical given the recent events that happened in the previous season. With Nora West-Allen's surprising death, the arrival of Eobard Thawne, and Cisco Ramon's life-changing decision to give up his Vibe powers -- not to mention, they faced two Cicadas as well -- it will not be a bad start if they all would feel low and flat.

But, of course, this kind of starting point is deemed as a great one since it can surpass the expectations of the viewers. In fact, there are already a lot of new changes revealed to happen when The Flash Season 6 premieres.

According to Cinema Blend, one of the most surprising changes that will happen is that Killer Frost's character will be largely tackled. And instead of seeing more of Caitlin Snow on screens, Killer Frost will take the spotlight.

In previous installments, Caitlin's alter ego was not entirely given enough storylines. And this made a lot of fans question the character's true personality as Killer Frost.

In a statement given by the showrunner, Eric Wallace, he revealed that Killer Frost had been a "part" of Caitlin's life ever since she was a child. So, that aspect of the characters' lives will be further highlighted in The Flash Season 6.

Even so, the fandom is still ensured that Caitlin will remain as one of the crew's important member. And this is going to be so much more sensible when Bloodwork arrives and wreaks havoc given her relationship with the upcoming villain of the new season.

Aside from Killer Frost's longer screentime, another new thing that will come into the light in Season 6 is Flash's new costume. While it is already expected considering that he changes his overall appearance every season, the new photo teasers unveiled that his new look will be so much more eye-catching and vibrant.

It is worth heeding that these are only some of the most notable changes that will happen in the next season. And quite obviously, there is a lot more in store as the Crisis of Infinite Earths is fast approaching.

The Flash Season 6 will, finally, start dropping new episodes on October 6, on The CW.
