Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex and the wife of Prince Harry, has sparked pregnancy rumors yet again while on their recent royal tour of South Africa. A body language expert has narrowed down why the former actress is giving off that pregnancy vibe with her constant belly covering gesture.
According to the expert Judi James, Duchess Meghan is often seen in public with her hands over her belly. She is either covering, touching or loosely letting her hands clasp her front side, which James said are just some of the classic clues of a pregnancy.
James said, however, that Duchess Meghan's belly covering gestures might also mean something else. Given that she just had her child five months ago, Prince Harry's wife might just be acting like a typical new mother who has grown attached to her child.
Meanwhile, fans of the Sussex royals are convinced that Duchess Meghan is with child again because she has been recycling and re-wearing her pregnancy dresses in the last few weeks. Royal watchers were quick to notice that the duchess wore at least three long dresses to her royal engagements in South Africa, and these were the same outfits she wore while in her early stages of pregnancy with baby Archie in 2018.
Similarly, James also analyzed the pregnancy clues that Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge and wife of Prince William, unconsciously shows. Duchess Kate apparently does a lot of bump cupping, which the expert said is a less direct sign than Duchess Meghan's gestures.
Usually, Duchess Kate has either a clutch bag or her hands clasping her baby belly throughout her pregnancy. Fans have noticed that the she has been doing these gestures lately as well, igniting rumors that she could be pregnant with her fourth baby.
Interestingly, the expert also noticed that while Duchess Kate was with Prince William's cousin, Princess Eugenie, at a recent event, both women were unconsciously mirroring each other's poses and stance. Princess Eugenie, incidentally, is also speculated to be pregnant with her first child after getting married in the summer of 2018.
The palace has not made any official announcements despite all these royal pregnancy rumors. James, however, believes that one notice will be released soon and the odds are that it might be for Princess Eugenie and not Duchess Kate nor Duchess Meghan.
