Fans of Ahn Jae Hyun are worried that the divorce scandal he is currently embroiled with may be adversely affecting his working relationship with co-stars in his upcoming drama.
Netizens posted comments after photos of Ahn Jae Hyun and his co-star Oh Yeon Seo were released from the script reading for MBC's new drama People with Flaws. The photo, which showed the two co-stars standing next to each other and smiling, had the opposite effect on fans, All Kpop reported.
Fans said Ahn Jae Hyun looks like his heart was heavy and that he was merely soldiering through the drama because he had already committed to doing it. Some observed that he looked awkward while standing next to Oh Yeon Seo with whom his wife accused him of cheating.However, majority of the comments were favorable to the actor, as fans praised him for being a propfessional despite the negative publicity surrounding his divorce with Goo Hye Sun.
It has previously been reported that since the divorce scandal broke out with Goo Hye Sun, Ahn Jae Hyun has been keeping to himself on the set of People with Flaws. He has earned credit from fans for his efforts to work normally amid the damage to his reputation.
Ahn Jae Hyun recently filed a divorce against actress Goo Hye Sun after the latter stated that she will not separate from him legally in the face of more details coming out about their relationship.
It can be recalled that Goo Hye Sun was the first to announce the couple's marital troubles as she accused Ahn Jae Hyun of being an irresponsible husband. She also hurled accusations that her husband was seeing his co-star from the drama that he is currently filming which led to public speculation that Oh Yeon Seo was also involved in the breakup.
Ahn Jae Hyun has also been dropped by several of the brands he endorses amid allegations cast by his wife against him. In turn, Goo Hye Sun has received threats of a lawsuit from the agency of Oh Yeon Seo for maligning the reputation of their client. The agency strongly denied that the actress was in a romantic relationship with Ahn Jae Hyun.
Public opinion is currently divided on Ahn Jae Hyun and Goo Hye Sun's divorce as more details come to light. While the actor is busy filming People with Flaws, Goo Hye Sun has released a book and a song entitled "Must I Die," a report said.
