Angelina Jolie's frail body has been thrown with a lot of rumors. The latest from the rumor mill is that the 44-year-old star is on a "hunger strike" due to the judge's ruling that let her former husband, Brad Pitt, to have a share of custody of their six kids.

The ruling was given in June 2018. At the time, a judge warned Jolie that she might lose primary physical custody of their children if she didn't allow Pitt to spend more time with him. Although a year has passed, a tabloid claimed the 44-year-old actress refused to eat as a form of protest.

A so-called insider contended Jolie is exhausted from being a single mom, her energy-taxing schedule, and, worst of all, a "destructive relationship with food." The source even alleged the famed humanitarian collapse ahead of the Los Angeles premiere of Maleficent: Mistress of Evil last month.

The tipster revealed Jolie felt faint that she had to hold on to her assistant so that she would not fall. However, after what happened, she reportedly still refused to eat. "Ange is obsessed with staying thin and eating as little as possible as a way of maintaining control," the presumed source said. By the looks of it, she is on a hunger strike to prove to herself that she can.

Jolie is, allegedly, juggling her time promoting Maleficent: Mistress of Evil, filming her new movie, The Eternals, in London, and trying to line up her schedule with Pitt for the kids. With these activities, her eating habits seem to be the only thing that she can control. The source added she had lost a lot of weight, and there are talks she is showing some signs of anorexia.

Gossip Cop shut down all these claims and insists there is no truth to this story at all. Someone from Jolie's camp even said the article is made up. It is only a baseless allegation that continuously targets the filmmaker's health. It is also unclear how does her alleged hunger-strike will affect everyone around her when, in reality, she is the only one who will suffer.

Meanwhile, talking about her divorce, Jolie revealed to the French magazine Madame Figaro, via Us Weekly, she felt a "deep and genuine sadness" during her split from Pitt in 2016. She also lost herself a bit at the time their relationship was about to end.

Jolie even confessed she felt "smaller and quite insignificant," although nobody saw it. However, despite the situation, she saw a silver lining. She said her split from Pitt made her realized the things she has to be grateful for.
