The new episode of FBI Season 2 will be one of the most critical hours in television history, as it is about to reveal the failures in the Bureau that can happen to any people. So, in Episode 4, the FBI has to take a moment and realize the mistakes they made when they ignore the threats that put the community at risk. They have to accept the truth that they could have done better, but they chose not to when the situation calmed down.

"After a shooting at a nightclub, it appears that the FBI may have ignored previous threats from a local white supremacist group," FBI Season 2 Episode 4 official synopsis read. "Also, Kristen (Ebonee Noel) wrestles with her commitment to the Bureau and her responsibility to her community."

According to CarterMatt, before "An Imperfect Science" will end, there is a big chance that the FBI will fix all the mistakes they have done. The group will surely learn from their experience and try to be better the next time the same problem arises.

Meanwhile, a new special agent is coming to the FBI this fall. Former Bones star John Boyd will join the show as Agent James Aubrey. However, he will not be seen in FBI Season 2 Episode 4 yet, but in Episode 5 instead. Initially, the 37-year-old star signed on for a recurring role as Agent Stuart Cola until he was recently promoted as a series regular.

Deadline noted Boyd's character is a "silver-tongued, fast-talking, quick-witted former Wall Street agent that turned to be an FBI agent. He is also someone who loves to do something good that is a complete opposite of his "born-and-bred New York cynicism."

Alana De La Garza, who plays Isobel Castille, added Agent Aubrey would add some "cool, dry sense of humor" in the show. Aside from these things, nothing much is known about Boyd's new character in the series. But, it was also revealed he is someone who didn't like to play by the rules and had a relationship with Jubal Valentine (Jeremy Sisto).

With his looks and wit, he will surely add some spice in the FBI's office. FBI Season 2 Episode 4, "An Imperfect Science," is set to be out on Tuesday, Oct. 15, at 9-10 p.m. ET/PT on the CBS Television Network.
