Jurgen Klopp is the former Liverpool football manager regarded by many in the football world as one of the best managers in the world. Because of his outstanding performance in helping the teams he coached win big in the industry, it is not surprising that he gets interesting offers from other clubs in the league. But, it appears that despite interesting offers, the German football manager does not easily give in, and Robbie Fowler gives us the details of the reason behind the German's coach decision.

Robbie Fowler, former striker at Liverpool recently shared that Jurgen Klopp turned down offers to manage Manchester United and Real Madrid in the past. The 52 years old Liverpool manager finished four years in charge of the Merseyside team in the early part of October after moving from Borussia Dortmund. However, life would have been different for the football giant teams had Klopp accepted either of the managerial offers from Real Madrid and Manchester United.

Fowler revealed to him that he rejected a couple of very rich clubs, one of which is Manchester United and the other possibly Real Madrid because he dislikes the way these teams focused solely on the business side of the club. According to the former Liverpool striker, Klopp hated the teams' obsession with the commercial part of football. Reportedly, Manchester United offered Jurgen Klopp the job before it appointed Louis van Gaal, but Fowler claimed that the former Liverpool boss couldn't just agree with the visions of Red Devils for the team.

Fowler also shared that Jurgen Klopp told him that he liked Liverpool because the team has a good balance between the finances needed to achieve its goals as well as the identity and history of the team and its fans. Jurgen Klopp's stay at Liverpool finally paid off dividends last season when the club took home the Champions League and landed second in the Premier League. The Reds are hopeful that its long-running league title drought will finally come to an end this current season under the leadership and guidance of Klopp.

The Reds has eight points clear at the top of the list. Manchester United will welcome Liverpool at the Old Trafford at the end of the international breaks next weekend. This puts more pressure on Manchester United boss' Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, and he will do his best to avoid a heavy defeat against the Reds.
