One of the most sought after strikers, Erling Haaland has reportedly informed Manchester United Coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer that he wants to join the Red Devils, reports Mirror. The 19 years old Norwegian footballer has become the hottest topic in European football before the transfer window happening in January 2020. Manchester boss Solskjaer says the promising striker has made up his mind on what he wants to do when the transfer window finally opens.
Erling Haaland is wanted by various clubs including Juventus, Borussia Dortmund, RB Leipzig, and Manchester United. The general expectation was that a swap to sister club RB Leipzig is on the cards, but it seems that the Norwegian striker has other ideas. And so is his agent Mino Raiola, who also handles Matthijs de Ligt, and PaulPogba, to name a few.
Although his agent would have wanted to keep his options open, United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer reportedly flew to Salzburg on Friday to make a sales pitch to Haaland. Reports claim that the 19 years old striker has been impressed by the gesture and offer and might be joining Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford in Old Trafford. Haaland joining the Red Devils could be United's chance to create a powerful strike force.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has worked with Erling Haaland for a couple of years at Molde and was instrumental on the debut of the young striker at 16 years old. When asked if he had any advice for the Norwegian striker, Solskjaer said that Haaland knows what he wants to do and knows what he is going to do. I do not have to give any advice to players from other teams, the Manchester United coach added.
