A few days ago, several leaks and renders surfaced online, revealing more details about Samsung Galaxy S11 Plus. We have seen an alleged promotional image of the Galaxy S11 Plus with three cameras on the left side and hidden camera configuration on the left side. Interestingly, a new report surfaced recently claiming that the upcoming flagship smartphone from the Seoul-based tech and electronics giant will pack a 5,000 mAh battery, which will be coming from LG.

The latest report about Samsung Galaxy S11 Plus indicates that the next flagship device from Samsung will feature significant improvements across the board as compared to its predecessor, the S10 series. Phone Arena recently shared that industry sources revealed that the massive 5000 mAh battery pack on the Samsung Galaxy S11 Plus would come from LG. The South Korean company is the world's biggest supplier of lithium-ion batteries by capacity, the report added.

The Seoul based tech company was able to achieve this major increase in battery capacity because of a custom PMP packaging method, according to GizmoChina. This method enables cells to have wrapping sizes reduced, allowing smaller packs with the same capacity or increased power in the same battery size as previous generations. Interestingly, the same supplier that is reportedly providing Samsung with the PMP module is the same one who will be supplying Apple.

The Samsung Galaxy S11 series based on earlier reports will feature performance improvements because of new processors. It will introduce better photography option because of new sensors, and much better battery life because of a new battery optimizations technology and bigger battery capacity. Earlier reports revealed that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S11 flagship series would not only offer better battery life because of its new generation AMOLED technology but bigger capacity, as mentioned earlier.

The Galaxy S11 reportedly will pack either the 4300 mAh battery of the Galaxy Note 10 Plus, or the 4,500 mAh battery pack of Galaxy A71. Meanwhile, the Samsung Galaxy S11e is anticipated to be equipped with a 3,730 mAh battery a significant increase compared to its predecessor Galaxy S10e with just 3,100 mAh battery capacity. The Samsung Galaxy S11 Plus, as mentioned earlier, will have the same battery capacity as the Galaxy M30.

Moreover, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S11 series is anticipated to feature a higher refresh rate of 120 Hz and likely arrive with 5G connectivity network support. Both features will drain the battery fast, and Samsung, in anticipation, will make sure that the overall user's experience will not be compromised by packing higher battery capacity on the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S11 flagship series.
