Jinny Park and Denise Kim may have gained popularity as YG Entertainment trainees but they may be debuting soon under VINE Entertainment.

According to a report by All Kpop, VINE Entertainment recently teased the two former YG trainees as part of the line up of a new girl group under their management.

In one of the agency's posts, the label teased five members who had their faces hidden, blowing out a cake that had the number 100 on it. Fans believed that the 100 indicated the countdown to the number of days before the girl group's debut.

At the same time, Jinny Park and Denise Kim posted solo snaps from what appeared to be an MV shoot, captioning the posts in an almost identical manner. Denise Kim simply captioned her post, D-100, while Jinny Park added several hashtags to her caption. The consistency with VINE's D-100 teaser confirmed that the trainees were promoting the same thing as the label.

It can be recalled that Denise Kim rose to fame as one of the contestants of Kpop Star 5 where she earned a loyal following from fans. On the other hand, Jinny Park started her career as a contestant on Produce 48.

There has been a steady flow of artists leaving YG Entertainment this year after the agency's CEO Yang Hyun Suk and artist Seungri were caught up in the Burning Sun scandal, resulting in a drop in YG stocks.

While none of the artists cited the Burning Sun fallout as the cause of leaving the agency, many opted to sign with other labels after their YG contracts expired this year.

Rapper ONE announced his plans to leave the agency after wrapping the shoot for his drama, Her Private Life. Comedian Yoo Byung Jae also left the agency in May after a four-year contract with the agency.

YG Treasure Box trainees Kang Seok Hwa and Hidaka Mahiro also parted ways with the agency this year and signed with OUI Entertainment. Another trainee to leave YG for OUI was Wang Jyun Hao.

BIGBANG's Seungri also left YG Entertainment and announced his retirement from the entertainment industry following the scandal while former IKON member B.I also terminated his contract with the agency after he was caught up on issues of purchasing illegal drugs.

However, the most notable departure was former 2NE1 member CL, after she opted not to renew her contract with her long-time agency. Following the expiration of her contract, she released four comeback singles -- her first major project after 2NE1's disbandment in 2016.
