Princess Beatrice is set to marry her fiance Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi next year after they confirmed their engagement in late September 2019. The eldest daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson, however, has not yet revealed the wedding date but there have been speculations on when this could likely happen.

According to Daily Mail correspondent Charlotte Griffiths, royal fans could expect Princess Beatrice and Mozzi to exchange "I Do's" in early June 2020.  The date is carefully timed so as not to interfere with Queen Elizabeth's favourite event, the Royal Ascot races, which begins on June 16.

Given this timeline, a source told Griffiths that Princess Beatrice and Mozzi could publicly confirm the wedding fate by the second week of January. They might also share the venue of the wedding, which was speculated to take place at either The Guards' Chapel or at St. James Park.

However, both venues are apparently no longer feasible for the future groom and bride. Some speculate that Princess Beatrice and Mozzi might simply decide to have a destination wedding outside of the United Kingdom, which could be unprecedented as no royal has gotten married elsewhere but London or Scotland.

Meanwhile, Princess Beatrice decided to scrap the live TV coverage and carriage procession of her wedding, according to Mamamia. This was in response to the public backlash Prince Andrew got for doing an interview with BBC about his alleged ties to the pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

The York princess apparently no longer wants to get too much attention from the press for her wedding. She already canceled plans to have her engagement party at a popular club in London for fears that it would be filled with photographers who want to get a photo of Prince Andrew.

Royal experts say that the changes favored Princess Beatrice because she is quite the private and reserved person. She won't be eager to have that TV coverage for her wedding despite her parents reportedly demanding airtime from broadcast networks.

It's also not clear if Prince Andrew will be walking Princess Beatrice down the aisle with all the attention he is generating. When his other daughter, Princess Eugenie, got married to Jack Brooksbank in October 2018, Prince Andrew was able to do this wedding tradition.

Meanwhile, among the speculated guests at Princess Beatrice's wedding to Mozzi include family friend James Blunt and Ellie Goulding. Celebrities like Robbie Williams, Cara Delevingne, Naomi Campbell and Kate Moss are also expected since these big names were at Princess Eugenie's wedding as well.
