Prince Harry and Meghan Markle unveiled a new picture of their son, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, in time for the holidays. The royals only proved their stand in the royal family in the release of the snap. But, what else they were trying to say here?

According to Metro News, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex opted to use an eco-friendly e-card after the criticisms they received over the carbon footprint they left earlier this year. The snap in question was a black-and-white image of the Sussex family, showing Meghan Markle and Prince Harry sitting in front of a Christmas tree while Archie was straightly gazing to the camera in the foreground.

However, no official royal channels officially released the e-card, but it first appeared on an unverified Twitter account of The Queen's Commonwealth Trust. It was shared as a GIF file, featuring the twinkling lights on the Christmas tree.

"Just sharing the sweetest Christmas Card from our President and Vice-President, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex," the caption read. "Very Merry Christmas, everyone!"

The photo was said to be taken by Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's friend, Janina Gavankar. It was only sent through e-mail to friends and staff, while the hard copies were given to the family. The Sussexes' spokeswoman later confirmed the snap's authenticity.

Meanwhile, a body expert language revealed that the photo only proved that they were the "ultimate A-list power couple" in the royal family. Judi James told The Sun that Prince Harry made everyone saw that his passion for change was still a "defining quality" with their style and very "non-traditional monochrome pose."

It has been known that Christmas cards commonly feature warm colors and sparkle. However, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle changed everything by making their snap black and white. Their pose looked spontaneous like it was from a fashion magazine interview with an A-list power couple.

The photograph also featured a blend of humor as the proud parents looked after their adventurous son, who went his way to the camera. It only showed that their kid was the center of their universe as their eyes were on him. Their identical poses on each side of the child, on the other hand, seemed to imply their strong love for each other.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's Christmas photo this year was quite similar to their holiday card last year. In 2018, they also shared a glossy black-and-white candid snap as they watched the fireworks on the evening of their wedding reception at Frogmore Hall in Windsor.
