It appears like the Motorola RAZR is just the beginning of the reentry of Motorola in the smartphone market. It released its first Android smartphone in 2009 and reemerged in 2019 with the foldable smartphone following Lenovo's acquisition of the company in 2014. Based on the latest information online, the Chicago-based company is planning to release a new smartphone that might be called Motorola Edge Plus.
Motorola Edge Plus Specs and Features
So far, we have very thin information about the upcoming Motorola smartphone with a stylus. While it is not yet confirmed that it is going to be called Motorola Edge Plus, for this article, let's call it by that name to avoid confusion. So, based on the leaked render, there is an earpiece located above the display.
The Motorola Edge Plus has a curved head, which could contain the slot of the stylus. Meanwhile, the power and the volume rocker buttons are found on the left side of the device. Noticeably, the screen of the Motorola Edge Plus features very thin bezels, which is a major departure from previously launched Moto smartphones.
The thin bezels could be due to its punch-hole display. Moreover, the leaked Motorola Edge Plus render reveals that it could be a mid-range smartphone. The upcoming smartphone could likely retail at an affordable price and house a powerful mobile processor.
Motorola Edge Plus For A Specific Market
Currently, there are only a couple of smartphones in the market, offering stylus functionality. These are the LG Stylo series and the Samsung Galaxy Note series. If this latest render of Motorola Edge Plus pans out, it could serve as another alternative for consumers.

The Motorola RAZR is arriving on Feb. 6, 2020, but as for the release window of the Edge Plus, we do not have any information yet. But, it is worth mentioning that Motorola is hosting an event on Feb. 23, which falls on the same date as the MWC 2020. Invitations for the event come with text stating, "have us on the edge of your seat."
It could be a hint that the event could unveil the Motorola Edge Plus. At this point, don't get too excited about these details and take this information with skepticism.
