The series was on its midseason break and now that the show is returning, many were excited to see what will happen next. The episode will be dangerous and horrifying for some of the characters, leaving their fate in question in the future.

The main survivors will do everything they can to get out of the cave they were trapped in. They'll be taunted by Alpha's horde, and fans have been speculating who could make it out alive. The midseason finale revealed the Whisperers' zombie horde and what Alpha's crew has been doing. In The Walking Dead season 10 episode 9, Alpha is setting up Carol and the group to the zombies, so it might be hard for the survivors to take down the leader of the Whisperers. For now, what they need to do is get out of the cave before making a move on Alpha.
In another related report, there were speculations Negan might kill Alpha in the future -- considering he's the one who killed her in the comics. The two met during a conflict between the main survivors and the Whisperers earlier this season. Now, some have been wondering whether or not the leader of the Whisperers will meet her ultimate demise.
Negan and Alpha's relationship ended with a bloody scene in the comics; he decapitated her after winning her trust. Negan was a prisoner in Alexandria and asked the Whisperers' support after he escaped. Alpha allowed him to stay, but this could also mean that he's just trying to win her trust before eventually killing her -- just like in the comics.
