What made Jin’s K-pop career different from most idols is the fact that he never dreamt of being a K-pop star. He didn't even audition to be a part of the music industry. Also, he was scouted not because of his skills in singing in dancing, but because of his good looks.
It is impossible for a group to have members with identical skills. There would always be those who are better at rapping, more amazing at dancing, and much powerful vocals than the others.
With that said, there are a lot of K-pop groups who have a “Vocal Line,” “Rap Line,” and a “Dance Line.” As for BTS, their dance line is consists of three members, J-Hope, Jimin, and Jungkook, and V is their fourth member sometimes. That doesn’t mean that Jin, Suga, and RM are not good dancers, but the other boys are just more naturally gifted in dancing.
While being the visual of BTS is an easy task for Jin, he would be the first one to admit that he’s not the best dancer in the group. So when BTS held a special broadcast on VLive to discuss their album MAP OF THE SOUL: 7, Mr. Worldwide Handsome talked about how he’s not as quick to catch up with the choreography like the other boys.
“I don’t get familiar with the choreography as quickly as the rest [of the members] do,” he said. But V didn’t seem to like Jin’s statement and cut him off. “Don’t say such things,” V told him.
“I’m a bit lacking,” Jin continued. However, V wouldn’t allow him to think that he’s less of a dancer that the rest of them and assured him saying, “No. Really, it’s not.”
Jin then realized that his words upset V as the latter looked really serious and even grabbed his hand. So Jin relented his protest and said, “Okay, don’t be angry.” V then smiled and looked happy that Jin agreed with him.
A lot of ARMYs have been calling V a “fairy” for his pure heart. The BTS star would go to the extreme just to let RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, and Jungkook know how much he loves them.
Also, V would most of the time be the first one to show extreme support for his members. Every time the BTS boys have a solo project, or they said and did something amazing, V would always let them know that he adores them.
