A yellow school bus with a peculiar message for Prince Andrew was driving around Buckingham Palace on Friday, Feb. 21. The message urged the Duke of York to contact the FBI in connection to Jeffrey Epstein's sex trafficking cases.

According to NBC, the school bus had two large photos of Prince Andrew on each side and the words urging anyone who sees the ad to tell the royal to call the FBI. The bus apparently passed by the Mayfair neighborhood as well, aside from the palace's surroundings.

U.S. lawyer Gloria Allred admitted to NBC that she was the person who hired the school bus with a plea for Prince Andrew. Apparently, Allred resorted to this stunt because the Duke of York has yet to respond to the letters they sent him about his friend's case.

Allred said that Prince Andrew is denying the victims of Epstein as he continues not to talk to the authorities. According to the lawyer, Prince Andrew owes it to the victims to provide what he knows about his friend's sex trafficking operation.

She further urged Prince Andrew to talk to the FBI if he had nothing to hide. Allred said that only then can he stop shaming his family, the Queen and his daughters.

In November 2019, Prince Andrew promised in a BBC interview that he would assist in the FBI's investigation of Epstein's activities. However, that interview drew a lot of negative reactions from the public because Prince Andrew appeared to be defending his deceased friend. He also denied that he had sexual relations with one of Epstein's girls.

As a result, Prince Andrew's business associations and organization affiliation decided to cut their ties with the royal. The Duke of York was forced to step down from his royal duties indefinitely because of the backlash.

Since leaving his royal duties, Prince Andrew has been trying to stay away from the media spotlight. The Duke of York was conspicuously not with the royal family during their annual Christmas celebration in Sandringham. This week, as Prince Andrew turned 60, Queen Elizabeth canceled plans for his milestone party in Buckingham Palace. The Duke of York also refused his promotion as an admiral in the Royal Navy.

Meanwhile, Buckingham Palace said that it will not comment on Prince Andrew's controversy since it is up to his legal team. Epstein, on the other hand, took his own life while inside a jail cell in New York last August 2019. He was awaiting trial for sex trafficking.
