BTS and the movie Parasite are bringing fortune to South Korea at all front. Now, fans could get their hands on a new merch that featured director Bong Joon Ho's name as well as his movies. What's interesting is that the t-shirt almost looks the same as the BTS's merch hence for someone who is both a fan of the boy group and Parasite, it seems like you are getting a shirt from both.

Neon, the American distributor of Parasite, has released fan t-shirts for the famous director. It imitated BTS's famous logo, which is two symmetrical trapezoids standing on the shortest side.

Bong Joo Ho's t-shirt is all black with a logo resembling that of BTS but the trapezoids were changed to make it look like a film reel. Instead of the word "BTS," the shirt also showed off Bong Joon Ho's initials, BJH.

The shirt of the Oscar winner director also listed all of his great movies such as Barking Dogs Never Bite, Memories of Murder, Mother, Snowpiercer, Okja, and Parasite. Whereas the BTS shirt has the name of the members Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook.

Other significant similarities can be seen on the shirt's sleeves. The "On" singers' merch has the Love Yourself squiggle while the filmmaker's shirt has his signature. Bong Joo Ho's t-shirt comes in various sizes and is selling for $20.

"20 years, 7 films, 4 Oscars, and 1 Bong Joon Ho. Here are the BJH t-shirts," Neon wrote on its tweet.

BTS ARMY is loving the director's new fan shirt. Many called out Bong Joo Ho to send a sample of his merch to the seven members of the group. Some are pushing for a BTS and Bong's collaboration, possibly directing the next MV of the group.

Both Bong Joo Ho and BTS are huge fans of each other. In an interview with the director at the Golden Globe red carpet, he talked about the influence of BTS. He humbly said though his movie has been recognized by international film critics and made it to 2020 Golden Globe, BTS has 3,000 times the amount of power and influence that he has.

The "Boy With Luv" hitmakers, on the other hand, returned the praise to the director during their recent album press conference. Suga gushed about Bong Joo Ho and said they are not as influential as the highly acclaimed filmmaker.

Parasite recently won the Best Picture award from the 2020 Oscars as well as Best Original Screenplay and Best International Film awards. Bong also won the Best Director award. BTS, on the other hand, is breaking records with the release of their new album, Map of the Soul; 7.
