Prince William and Kate Middleton just got back from their 5-day break from royal duties earlier this week. After spending quality time with their three kids, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, the Cambridge couple immediately had a "date night out" in London.

According to Pop Culture, the Duke and Duchess were initially spotted entering the Noel Coward Theater. It was shared that they were there to see the "special performance" of Dear Evan Hansen.

The reports said that the "award-winning musical" show mainly explores the story of Evan Hansen, who have challenges living his life due to social anxiety disorder. It was then stated that the show was held "in aid" of the Royal Foundation because of its focus on mental health awareness.

Their arrival at the scene immediately caught the attention of many. But, what made their presence much more felt was when they shared a "rare PDA moment" upon entering the theater.

As seen in clips and photos, Prince William was caught gently placing his hand behind Kate Middleton's back to help her as they made their way up to the stairs. It was also revealed that the same thing happened after the event when they were reaching toward the car.

Several royal fans and experts were touched by the sweet gesture and moment that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge shared that night. Aside from the fact that the moment was all too sweet and "heart-melting," this is another "rare" moment when they shared a public display of their affection for each other. As it happened, Prince William and Kate Middleton are unlike Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who always publicly display their intimate moments. This is why it has become a huge deal every time the future King and Queen Consort share a sweet and caring moment amid the eyes of the public.

As per Elle magazine, the rare PDA moment truly caught the attention of many. Even so, the royal themselves, especially their appearances, caught the eyes of the public, thanks to their notable fashion pieces.

The publication reported that Prince William wore a "navy suit" for the casual and simple night out in London. As for Kate Middleton, it was reported that she complemented her husband's attire by choosing Eponine London's "navy bouclé dress."

In completing the look, the Duchess reportedly partnered the dress with her "glittering" pair of Jimmy Choo stilettos and a faded blue and white Jimmy Choo clutch. It was also revealed that she wore Queen Elizabeth II's "chandelier earrings."
