Prince William and Prince Harry have been taking the spotlight recently for their respective movements. Amid the UK's growing numbers of infected individuals due to COVID-19, the pressure has been more apparent not only to the "frontliners" but, to the members of the British Royal Family, as well.

Unfortunately, Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Charles have been in self-isolation because they are deemed to be vulnerable to the virus. This has put the Duke of Cambridge, alongside his wife, the Duchess of Cambridge, at the front and center of the British Monarchy.

According to The Sun UK, the future King of the United Kingdom has, reportedly, expressed his interest to return to his previous role as an air ambulance pilot. It was claimed by sources that he wants to help firsthand in fighting the pandemic in the United Kingdom.

While Prince William's reported "interest" is unlikely to be granted given that he is now the only active senior royal working amid the crisis, this was said to win the hearts of the public. As stated, he has been "making Britain proud" for stepping up in this tough time.

Several netizens shared their thoughts on various social media platforms about the matter. Based on the general reception, he has been receiving praises and commendations for his efforts.

In a scoop made by CCN, some individuals even, reportedly, said that they are glad that Prince William is in his position as the second in line to the throne. As shared, they could not imagine Prince Harry in his brother's position. "It will be an unmitigated disaster," the report said.

The report also pointed out that the Duke of Cambridge's stepping up in the middle of the crisis has seemingly created a huge "contrast" in character between him and his brother, the Duke of Sussex. It was said that Prince William has been "outshining" Prince Harry in every possible way, especially today.

While the future King has been, reportedly, doing his job and duties before the public, it was said that "Hollywood Harry," along with his wife, Meghan Markle is "hiding out" in their new mansion in Los Angeles, California. As it happened, the Sussex couple has permanently relocated to the United States just before Canada closed its borders.

Today also marks the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's official royal exit from the British Monarchy as senior royals. They are now officially non-working royals who will cease to represent the Queen and the Crown.
