Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis are sending chatty videos and phoning Queen Elizabeth and Prince Charles amid the coronavirus lockdown. The children of Prince William and Kate Middleton are keeping in touch with their family members digitally as the observe government guidelines to stay at home and practice physical distancing.

According to The Sun, Kate ensures that Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis are often speaking via videowith Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip, who are both in isolation in Windsor Castle. The older kids, George and Charlotte, also phone their grandparents as much as they can.

Prince Charles, on the other hand, indulges his grandchildren in video chats as well. They call him up to get tips about farm animals and plants as the Cambridge family are staying in their country home in Norfolk.

Sources also revealed that Prince George and Princess Charlotte made "get well soon" cards when they learned that Grandpa Charles was sick with coronavirus. These letters were apparently mailed to Scotland, where the Prince of Wales is isolating with Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall.

According to Vanity Fair, Queen Elizabeth kept up with being tech-savvy with the help of Prince William and Prince Harry. In 2011, Her Majesty got her first iPad to use during long train rides as her recreation or to keep track of her horses when she cannot drop by the stables, such as in these times when the vulnerable are asked to stay at home.

Apparently, Queen Elizabeth actually watched live births of her horses from her home before. Her stables have state-of-the-art CCTV cameras.

Queen Elizabeth also learned to use FaceTime, Skype and other video conferencing devices when she had to leave London and be in the safety of Windsor in the middle of March. She has done her meetings with government officials on digital platforms while the U.K. grapple with the pandemic.

Meanwhile, the Queen is also getting regular updates about the current state of Prime Minister Boris Johnson who was admitted to the ICU on Monday, April 6, as his coronavirus symptoms worsened. According to Buckingham Palace, the Queen is being kept informed of the top man in her government.

Johnson, 55, has been sick with the virus for 10 days but has mainly stayed at home and self-isolated from his pregnant partner. However, his doctors advised him to be entered to the hospital for additional tests on Sunday when his fever didn't let up.

The prime minister asked Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab to deputize for him if his condition worsens. Raab said that they will proceed with the same direction Johnson wanted in response to coronavirus. He also assured the public that the prime minister is in good hands at the St Thomas's Hospital.
