It's no secret that SEVENTEEN loves interacting with their fans. Although the idols have previously interacted with Carats through their official fancafe, they have now found an exciting new platform on their official WeVerse. Interestingly, fans are realizing that some attempts to get the boy group's attention could lead to hilarious circumstances. For instance, one Carat promised to do a mildly dangerous food stunt if Jeonghan responds to their post and is now being pressured by the main vocalist as well as the other SEVENTEEN members to go through with it.
There is little doubt that fans need to be creative to capture SEVENTEEN's attention on platforms like WeVerse. After all, the app is flooded with posts from Carats who are all hoping to be noticed by S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, The8, Mingyu, DK, Seungkwan, Vernon, and Dino. Not surprisingly, it could lead to some hilarious interactions between the fans and their idols. The latest case involves a bowl of spicy tteokbokki (stir-fried rice cakes) and a fearless Carat who may have bitten off more than she can chew when she tried to get Yoon Jeonghan to respond to her post.
On April 7, one fan decided to try and catch Jeonghan's attention in a creative way. The Carat wrote that she would eat spicy tteokbokki through her nose if the vocalist responded to her post. Amazingly, Yoon Jeonghan immediately commented on the post, telling the fan to really post a video of the food stunt. He later wrote that he was sorry but was looking forward to seeing the Carat do it.
Not surprisingly, the fan didn't immediately answer to Jeonghan's dare. However, the main vocalist clearly didn't forget about her promise. Yoon Jeonghan posted another comment on the Carat's post, telling her that he is waiting for the video. From there, the other members of SEVENTEEN were quick to join in to encourage the fan.
Seungkwan later looked for the Carat who promised that she would eat the tteokbokki through her nose and S.Coups commented that he was also waiting for the video. Choi Seungcheol even pointed out that waiting for the video was like waiting for chicken you ordered at midnight. Boo Seungkwan also stated that spicy tteokbokki might be too strong to eat through your nose. However, he promised to buy some nose cleaner for the fan.
Soon, more members were joining in in hopes of seeing the Carat take on the dare. Wonwoo wrote that he couldn't believe anyone would be able to eat tteokbokki through their nose. The rapper then asked the fan to at least post a photo as evidence. Later, another Carat asked what she could do to get a response from a SEVENTEEN member and S.Coups told her she could try eating rice cakes through her nose.
For now, the Carat has yet to share a video or photo of the whole tteokbokki through the nose stunt. Either way, other fans are hoping she could find a good nose cleaner if she ever takes on the dare.
