Chris Hemsworth and wife, Elsa Pataky, will be celebrating their 10th anniversary later this year. The couple has been an epitome of the perfect couple and yet, tabloids continue to make up stories that they are having marital problems.
Among the rumors that the couple had endured in the past years were those that include the names of other celebrities. The most recent was the story of NW that alleged Pataky reached out to her ex, Adrien Brody, during the time that she was having marital problems.
A source of the outlet claimed Pataky has been wondering how things might have been if she'd stayed with the Peaky Blinders actor. Gossip Cop debunked the story, citing a source close to the couple, who assured that the mother-of-three wasn't exchanging text messages with her ex-boyfriend. Pataky and Brody dated from about 2007 to 2009.
The same tabloid also reported last year that the Fast & Furious star warned actress Tessa Thompson to keep her distance from her hunky husband. Hemsworth and Thompson worked together in Thor: Ragnarok and Men In Black: International. Thompson, allegedly, gushed too much about her co-star during interviews promoting their movies and it made Pataky uncomfortable.
Life & Style also made a claim that Elsa seems to be jealous of Angelina Jolie. Pataky was, allegedly, concerned that Jolie could use her charm to steal her man.
The speculation stemmed from the instance that both Jolie and Hemsworth appeared on the Comic-Con stage together to promote their respective Marvel movies. The Maleficent actress attended the event for the upcoming Marvel Studios movie, The Eternals, while Chris promoted Thor: Love and Thunder.
All of these rumors have been debunked by Gossip Cop. Though the Ghostbusters actor and Pataky had a hasty wedding back in December 2010, their marriage wasn't in the same state at all. Elsa admitted in a previous interview that relationships take "a lot of effort" and that is what she and Chris have been doing.
"Nothing is as easy and perfect as it looks... There are those moments where you fight. You have to put a lot of effort into [your marriage]...As much effort as you put into your work, you have to put into your marriage and into being a dad and a mum" she told WHO magazine in December.
Chris and Elsa have three children together: India Rose, seven, and twin sons Tristan and Sasha, five. The family moved to Byron Bay in Australia in 2014 after living together for several years in Los Angeles.
