Suri Cruise has, allegedly, never been more curious about her estranged father, Tom Cruise, than now. The teen's renewed interest in her father after she, allegedly, found the secret love letters of her parents to each other.
Woman's Day published an article claiming Suri has been asking her mother, Katie Holmes, about her father after she found a stash of their love letters. The teen, reportedly, found by accident a hidden box of documents about her parents' marriage when they were in lockdown at Holmes' parents' house in Ohio.
Inside the box were alleged "intimate love letters" of the Mission Impossible actor and Holmes during the early days of their relationship. Cruise and the Dawson's Creek actress started dating in April 2005.
"It was a real bittersweet moment for both Katie and Suri. "Katie wasn't prepared for Suri's billions of questions at all," the alleged "long-time family friend" of Holmes told the tabloid.
Apparently, the 41-year-old actress felt that these documents would be safely hidden away at her parents' house. The insider added Katie's father has given his daughter a strict instruction that she should keep everything about her marriage and divorce from Cruise a secret to Suri until the 14-year-old teen reaches the legal age.
But the discovery of her parents' letters has already "renewed" Suri's curiosity about her father. Now, the tabloid claimed that the celebrity child wants to know more about her Hollywood A-list father and if she will ever see him again.
Gossip Cop reached out to Holmes' spokesperson, who dismissed the article as completely fabricated. Katie's rep also questioned the alleged source of the tabloid that was supposed to be a close family friend of the family.
The outlet also noted that Woman's Day has been publishing phony stories about Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes, and Suri Cruise for years. In April 2019 alone, it has three fabricated stories about the three.
Firstly, it alleged that the Batman Begins actress was planning to adopt a son so Suri could have a brother. It also claimed that Katie feared that her daughter would be persuaded by Isabella Cruise, Cruise's daughter with Nicole Kidman, to join the Church of Scientology.
It also concocted a rumor that Holmes spent $200,000 on her Paris birthday trip to Suri. All these rumors have been debunked as well.
