Tom Cruise hasn't talked much about his private life. But one tabloid made a cover story stating that the Mission Impossible actor is planning a tell-all interview where he would share his thoughts on the topics about him that many are curious about.
In Touch published a cover story this week with a headline, "Tom's Bombshell Tell-All!." The tabloid claimed the actor would be revealing everything in the interview: from his two divorces from Nicole Kidman and Katie Holmes, his estranged relationship with his daughter Suri, and his devotion to the Church of Scientology.
"The whole world has been waiting for this. Tom talking about such personal things makes him more than just an action star. It makes him more human," the source of the outlet said.
The insider said at the moment, Cruise hasn't decided yet to whom between Ellen DeGeneres and Howard Stern he would do the tell-all interview with. The source added the Jack Reacher actor is doing the interview mainly because of Suri.
Apparently, the A-list actor thinks his teenage daughter needs her father now more than ever because New York City has been the epicenter of coronavirus in the U.S. Suri has been living in NYC with her mother, Katie Holmes.
Gossip Cop noted that while it's true that the world is waiting for Cruise to open up about his past relationships and Scientology, the outlet believed that it is not happening anytime soon. The Top Gun actor is the most popular member of the infamous organization but he never talks about it in any interview.
As for the issue about Suri, many speculations have been written about it but none have been confirmed by the concerned individuals. In Touch for one has published several rumors about the father and daughter relationship.
Gossip Cop noted that back in November 2019, In Touch claimed that Cruise was leaving Scientology so he could see Suri. The actor, reportedly, doesn't have a relationship with Suri because of his involvement with Scientology. The last time the father and daughter was seen together was in 2013.
The tabloid claimed Cruise would finally tell his side of the story in his divorce from Holmes, allegedly, to reconnect with Suri again. Cruise and Holmes split in 2012 after six years of marriage. The divorce was also mainly because of the actor's connection to Scientology.
Holmes' rep, however, denied the claim. Gossip Cop noted that the actress spokesperson has stressed that nothing has changed when it comes to the teenager's non-existent relationship with her father.
