Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton have sealed the deal and finally became one, at least in their real property documents. The Voice coaches have bought their first ever house together for a whopping $13.2 million.

The 1.6-acre estate is situated in Encino, Los Angeles, California. According to Variety, it is one of the most private properties in all of Encino as it is hidden behind two oversized gates and totally invisible from the street. But the vast estate also sits atop layers of retaining walls, giving its occupants unobstructed views of the San Fernando valley and local skyscrapers.

The house was built by developer Evan Gaskin. The property had been privately marketed for sale with an asking price tag of $14 million.

It has three full floors in approximately 13,000 square feet of living space. There's a motor court, a four-car garage, a state-of-the-art home theater, and a huge kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line appliances.

The property also boasts its massive backyard pool with inset spa. Gwen and Blake could also house an outdoor party as their new property has a spacious cabana that has a full wet bar and outdoor kitchen.

Last year, Gwen sold her 90210 compound which she formerly shared with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale. The property went to comedian Sebastian Maniscalco for nearly $22 million.

The No Doubt frontwoman and Blake have been rumored for months that were eyeing to buy a new house in California where they can move in together. It was reported in late 2019 that the couple had purchased a home in Los Angeles where they now live along with Stefani's three children.

It is unclear if this is the same house that rumors have been referring to. At the moment, Stefani and her three sons are quarantined at Shelton's ranch in Oklahoma.

Now that it is confirmed that Gwen and the "God's Country" singer have purchased their first house together, many fans are expecting the couple would be making a major announcement about their relationship soon. Fans have been waiting for years of the couple's wedding announcement. Reports have it that the pair is not in a rush to get married as they are very happy and content with the status of the relationship.

Stefani and Shelton first met in NBC singing competition, The Voice. They started dating in November 2015, shortly after they split from their respective partners.

Gwen was previously married to Rossdale, with whom she has three sons. Blake, on the other hand, was previously married to Miranda Lambert.
