Katy Perry got her much needed vitamin D and fresh air as she and fiance Orlando Bloom hit the beach on Memorial Day weekend. The very pregnant Katy was spotted showing off her growing baby bump in a cute floral swimsuit.
Perry and Bloom were photographed together while catching some sun at a beach in her hometown Santa Barbara over the weekend. The couple headed to the beach where they also met up with Katy's father Keith Hudson and other family and friends.
In the photos of the pair shared online, the "Daisies" singer was seen in a one-piece floral swimsuit and two-toned flip-flops. She paired her summer outfit with a wide-brimmed straw hat and black sunnies.
Orlando, on the other hand, goes shirtless, showing off his beach-ready body and belly-button tattoo. The Lord Of The Rings actor also wore a wide-brimmed sun hat.
The couple also brought along their Katy's dog Nugget. The songstress was seen carrying the pooch in her left arm while she made her way down to the sand.
The "Roar" singer earlier opened up about her prenatal depression while in quarantine. In her appearance in SHEIN Together live-stream festival, Katy revealed that she has days when she just cries while looking down on her swollen toes or doing simple tasks.
Perry explained that she is a very active person. She used to go around all the time and not be confined in one space. The "Firework" singer added that with the current situation, she finds it hard to have a place where she can be on her own and she can only have "me time" in her car.
Meanwhile, in her recent appearance in The Graham Norton Show, Katy admitted that life in lockdown has a good effect on her too. It helped her prepare to be a mom fast because she is in quarantine with several children, including Orlando Bloom's nine-year-old son with Miranda Kerr, Flynn Bloom.
The American Idol judge said she is comfortable around kids as they gravitate towards her through her music. However, she admitted that she is not used to waking in the morning and the kids are all staring at her from her bedside.
Katy revealed her pregnancy in March when she released the music video of "Never Worn White." A month later, she and Orlando hosted intimate sex reveal party, in which it was revealed that a baby girl will be added to their family in the coming months.
