Apple's iPhone 12 series is one of the heavily leaked smartphones anticipated to arrive in 2020. The industry has seen a lot of design leaks of the upcoming line up in the past. However, this is the first time that fans get to see the design changes Apple came up with on all four iPhone 12 models.
The latest images of the dummy units of all iPhone 12 models come from the supply chain blog of Macotakara. The new set of photos offers a first look at all the alleged upcoming flagship models from Apple. According to the Japanese blog site, these images come from sources within Apple's supply chain and accurately shows the design changes of the upcoming iPhone line up.
Based on the leaked images, Apple would introduce its first 5G iPhone with a design closely resembling the current generation iPhone 11 series. It still comes with a large notch that indicates it contains all the sensors of the FaceID. It contrasts earlier reports that Apple was planning to minimize the number of sensors on the iPhone 12 and place them in a single buttonhole.
iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Max models have a dual lens camera at the back while the iPhone 12 Max Pro comes with three rear lenses. It seemingly aligns with the earlier information provided by FrontPageTech and Apple tipster Jon Prosser. In terms of design structure, the cameras share the same design as the iPhone 11 series.
If the latest leaked images of the iPhone 12 series are to go by, it looks like Apple has not really made massive design changes on its next flagship series. But, the biggest improvements are under the hood. The upcoming iPhone 12 series is anticipated to house Apple's A14 Bionic chip to ensure that all four models could offer 5G support.
Interestingly, the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Max models would only feature sub-6GHz 5G support. The iPhone 12 Pro would reportedly have the mmWave 5G technology support to take advantage of the lightning-fast speed of 5G wireless network connectivity. All iPhone 12 models are also anticipated to run on iOS 14.

The iPhone 12 Pro models would reportedly feature 8GB of RAM while the iPhone 12 standard model would house 4 GB of RAM. In terms of storage, all four models would have internal storage ranging between 128 GB and 512 GB. Like all other leaks, take this one with a pinch of salt until Apple officially confirms all these details.
