BTS V's god-like visuals has earned him a new title -- The Best Face in The World 2020. This is Kim Taheyung's second consecutive victory in the Entertainment Awards polls after the BTS member picked up the award in 2019.
According to a report by All Kpop, BTS V raked in a total of 1,705,681 votes to secure the honor among top celebrities who were nominated in the fan poll.
The Best Face in World ranks male and female celebrities based on fan power. Entertainment Awards chooses the Top 3 male and Top 3 female celebrities and gets fans to vote on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and an online poll.
V is no stranger to winning awards because of his visuals. He already won two such awards this year when he bagged the Ultimate Asian Heartthrob 2020 award for the third consecutive year, making him a Hall of Famer.
He also beat out high profile Hollywood superstars to bag the award for the Most Handsome Man in the World 2020. The award was given by popular YouTube site Top10World. Also part of the list were singer Zayn Malik, British actor Robert Pattinson, Omar Borhan Al Gala, American actors Chris Hemsworth, Tom Cruise, Chris Evans and Aaron Taylor Jonhson, James Reid, and Bollywood actor Hritik Roshan.
Kim Taehyung also became a Hall of Famer in Starmometer's 100 Asian and was crowned Most Handsome by YouTube channel All In One.
V also became TCCandler's Most Handsome Face of 2017, Famous STAR 101's Most Handsome Man in the World 2018, and entered the list of Top 20 Most Beautiful Men in the World by Bulgarian site Dama.bg.
Kim Taehyung similarly became the Most Handsome Man 2018 of Global Entertainment and 2018 World's Most Attractive by Brightside.
Koreans also consider V as the Visual Representative of Kpop. Plastic surgeons have praised V for his perfect facial proportions and even admitted that they will be unable to copy his visuals perfectly even though there was a high demand from fans.
V also earned the monicker Fancam King after five of his fancams broke the 10 million view mark.
His M2 fancam for Boy with Luv was the most viewed with 120 million views while other fancams that surpassed the 10 million mark are his MCountdown performance for ON, Mnet videos for DNA, Airplane PT2, as well as and the popular Mic Drop performance from PIERCE also achieved the milestone, All Kpop reported.
