Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton can no longer wait for the coronavirus pandemic to end. After purchasing a multi-dollar mansion together, new reports have it that the "Nobody But You" singers are determined to finally get married once everything goes back to normal.

Stefani and Shelton's relationship has been affected by the pandemic. However, unlike some couples, it seems like Gwen and Blake's romance got stronger as they spent quarantining together at the latter's ranch in Oklahoma since lockdown began a few months ago.

In fact, a source told Us Weekly that the pair is now thinking about getting married right after the pandemic. The No Doubt frontwoman, reportedly, determined to be Mrs. Shelton soon as possible as she plans to have her wedding once the social distancing guidelines are lifted.

The insider claimed Gwen wants a ceremony and reception with their family and friends. Apparently, "Hollaback Girl" singer believed that she and Blake did not wait this long to get married just to have the people they love watching them exchanging "I do" via Zoom.

Fans of The Voice judges have been waiting for years for the couple to tie the knot. The two have been dating since November 2015. It appears that the reason that they hold off the wedding is that Gwen wants her previous marriage to Gavin Rossdale to be annulled first by the Catholic church so she and Shelton could have a church wedding.

Back in March 2019, Us Weekly reported that the Grammy-winning songstress has begun the formal process to have her marriage to Rossdale get annulled by the Catholic church. Religion is extremely important to Stefani and she wants her marriage with Blake to be recognized by the church.

However, the current global health crisis changed her stance about getting the annulment and remarriage. Gwen, allegedly, realized that waiting for the annulment of her marriage is pointless as it could take years for the church tribunal to issue the decision.

Stefani and Rossdale had a wedding in St Paul's, Covent Garden in London in September 2002. They also had a second wedding in Los Angeles two weeks later. The former couple has three sons together. They also have joint legal custody of their three children.

So far, Stefani and Shelton have yet to issue an engagement or wedding announcement. The "God's Country" crooner earlier addressed the wedding rumors about them. Blake said once they made a decision, their fans would find it out directly from them and not on any tabloid.
