Big Hit Entertainment has trained ARMYs very well when it comes to cracking codes. Fans have turned into detectives to figure out the easter eggs in BTS’s music videos, and they most of the time succeed in their attempts.
However, BTS is not giving ARMYs a break with their detective job as RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook are also making mysteries in real-life. There are so many things that the members have said and done that drive fans crazy in figuring the answers out.
As for Jin, Suga, and J-Hope wearing strange sunflower headpieces in Incheon Airport, it was finally solved in February. Many were baffled why the three boys wore their flashiest accessories yet in June 2019 and it was later revealed in Run BTS! Episode 94 that it was a penalty from the game they lost. And this time, another mystery has been solved.
Back in December 2019, BTS tweeted a photo of Jin with extremely wide shoulders. Everybody knows that the BTS star has broad shoulders but nobody knew that they could poke someone’s eyes out like in the snap.
The behind the scenes footage of Run BTS! Episode 104 finally revealed that Jin was wearing a puffed shirt that made his shoulders even wider than they already were. Suga, J-Hope, and Jungkook couldn’t stop laughing at how he looked and decided to take a photo of him.
Being the best Hyung that he is, Jin didn’t mind his members teasing and even laughed with them as they posted the snap on Twitter. “As long as you guys are happy,” he said.
In Run BTS! Episode 92, RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook were playing the “True or False” game where they have to vote “O” if they agree with the question or statement, and “X” if they disagree. One of the questions read: “Jin’s shoulder is longer than 50 cm.”
J-Hope and RM were convinced that Jin’s shoulders are longer than 50 cm, but the result was an underwhelming 48 cm. Just like most fans, the rest of the boys were shocked by the result as well.
ARMYs couldn’t help but point out that Suga and Jimin may have measured Jin’s shoulders incorrectly. That’s when one of the fans reached out to Jin’s trainer online to know the actual measurement and that's when he revealed that the BTS star’s shoulder width is about 58 cm.
