After Prince William revealed he has been baking at home while in quarantine, he recently disclosed that his kids are "attacking the kitchen." In an in-person visit to Smiths the Bakers in King's Lynn, he talked about his own baking experience and how the Cambridge children reacted to it.

Prince William opened about his baking sessions when he went to the bakeshop near the Anmer Hall in Norfolk. The store has now reopened, starting on June 15 after 11 weeks of closure.

The Duke of Cambridge said that he did "a little bit of baking," and Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis had been "attacking the kitchen." It was a total mess there was an "explosion of flour and chocolate everywhere," per Hello! Magazine.

Kate Middleton had been doing a lot of baking, too. With the COVID-19 lockdown and Smiths the Bakers' adapted a delivery service as the demand for baking needs is increasing, the future king joked that he was worried about the nation's waistline.

In recent days, Prince William believed that a lot of people had been eating too many cakes and chocolate. The NHS team itself had been given a bunch of sweets and chocolates, which said to be "great for them."

The father-of-three made fun of the circumstance, saying the NHS staff might be enormous by now and brushing their teeth five times a day with the amount of sugar they were eating. While in the bakeshop, he also asked if there were available pain au chocolat or else his kids would never talk to him if he did not bring home enough.

He intended to buy five, but there were only four left, so he bought another plain croissant to compensate. He then took out his card to contactless pay £4.15, hoping it would still work after months of being in lockdown.

According to People, Prince William previously unveiled his love for chocolate, when he and Kate Middleton did their first full royal engagement through a video call. When they spoke with a school around Easter, he said that there was a lot of chocolate being eaten in their house.

Kate Middleton then turned to him, laughed, and quipped that he was the one who kept on eating the sweet treats. The Duchess of Cambridge then shared that cooking and baking were the activities that were keeping her busy, along with their three kids, as they were spending their quarantine time at Anmer Hall.
