Prince Harry and Meghan Markle officially stepped down as senior royals at the end of March after they completed their final engagement in the UK. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are currently residing in Los Angeles with their son Archie, where they are starting a new life outside the Royal Family.

June is the start for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to abide with the arrangement after their royal exit. It is this month that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex can no longer use the word “Royal” in their new ventures, which is a title that the prince has carried since birth. They are also not allowed to use their HRH (His Royal Highness or Her Royal Highness) titles.

Recently, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle sent a letter to the charity StreetGames to praise them for their work during the coronavirus pandemic. However, eagle-eyed netizens noticed something that raised their eyebrows.

Although Prince Harry and Meghan Markle didn’t use their HRH titles, they didn’t even call themselves the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, royal fans pointed out that they used a royal symbol in the letter. The couple decided to use their joint H&M monogram, which has a crown on top and fans were not too happy about it.

"They need to take that crown out of that M logo,” one wrote. "No royalty-no crown!!" one shared.

After announcing their withdrawal from being senior royals, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle packed up their bags and moved to Los Angeles for a fresh start. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex had a lot of hopes after their big move to the US. The couple was even speculated to be joining the Hollywood scene since Meghan was an actress before tying the knot with the younger son of Prince Charles and the late Princess Diana in 2018.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle also announced the name of their new foundation Archewell back in April. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex shared that they were inspired by the word “Arche” for their new foundation, which is also the name of their son.

Unfortunately for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, their LA plans came to a screeching halt due to the coronavirus outbreak. The global health crisis led to an implemented lockdown, which left the Duke and Duchess of Sussex with no choice but to stay home instead of pursuing their goals in the US.
