Ellen DeGeneres is clearly dealing with a lot of stuff at the moment. Aside from rumors that her show is at the verge of cancellation, there were also speculations that she and wife, Portia de Rossi, are getting a divorce.

In Touch alleged the couple have reached their breaking point and their friends predicted that their marriage wouldn't last till the end of summer. The tabloid claimed Ellen and Portia have been fighting nonstop and it will eventually end in a costly divorce

In Touch noted that DeGeneres has been in a lot of pressure at the moment. There were persistent allegations against her being "rude" to her staff and guests.

The crew of her show also previously spoke out about how they were treated poorly during the coronavirus lockdown. They claimed they were forced to take pay cuts when DeGeneres began filming and broadcasting from home.

In addition, the show, allegedly, hired an outside company for the remote filming instead of its existing crew members. Ellen's staff also revealed that the show executives barely talk to them about the status of their pay or employment during the lockdown.

The TV host also came under fire recently for comparing her mansion to a prison while being quarantined. Then there is a rumor that The Ellen DeGeneres Show is in danger of getting cancelled because of low ratings.

The show had a whopping 14 percent drop in ratings after the allegations against Ellen came out. The Finding Dory star is also, reportedly, "at the end of her rope" when it comes to rumors about her being rude to her staff behind the scenes.

All of these, allegedly, caused stress to the TV host and Portia couldn't handle her anymore. A source of the tabloid claimed de Rossi "finally" snapped and couldn't take the yelling and childish tantrums of DeGeneres. The insider claimed there is nothing that the couple can do to save their marriage and the $500 million divorce battle is expected to add to Ellen's pain and troubles.

Gossip Cop noted that DeGeneres and de Rossi have been dealing with divorce rumors for years. However, at the moment, there is no real proof that they are experiencing marital problems because of the scandals that Ellen is facing right now.

The publication added that just a few months ago, In touch also alleged that the couple was living apart. The claim was proven false as DeGeneres and de Rossi were quarantining together.

As for The Ellen DeGeneres Show cancellation, while it's true that the Emmy-winning host has been facing scandal after scandal in the past few months, there is no confirmation that her show will be axed. The New York Post also reached out to Ellen's production company, Telepictures, to shed light on the cancellation rumors. The company, however, denied it.
