Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith did not deny that they had marital problems in the past that led to a brief separation. They managed to overcome it and got back to each other. However, some tabloids continue to assume that the couple is heading to a divorce.

Star published a story this week claiming Will and Jada headed to a vacation in the Bahamas to save their marriage. The tabloid assumed that the couple is in the process of assessing things between them as they take time off on an island. A supposed "friend" of the couple told Star that the two are hoping that their trip will help reignite the spark in their marriage.

Life & Style also published a similar story, alleging that the Smiths were off to an expensive resort in the Bahamas as "a last-ditch effort" to save their marriage. The tabloid also cited Will Smith's words to his wife during their Red Table Talk recently.

During an episode of Pinkett Smith's Facebook show, the Aladdin actor told her that he will get her back. The outlet used it to claim that the couple had a falling out but the actor is determined to win his wife back.

The new speculations about the Smiths were based on their recent discussion at the Red Table Talk where they talked about the revelation of August Alsina. The rapper, earlier, confessed that she and Jada had an affair and Will Smith knew about it.

Gossip Cop pointed out that both claims of Star and Life & Style have no basis at all. The couple did talk about their relationship in the recent episode of Red Table Talk. The Girls Trip actress admitted that she got a brief relationship with Alsina and it was during the time she and Will got separated.

The Hollywood pair, however, worked through it and they got back together again. When Will told Jada that he will get her back, the Gotham actress responded by saying she thinks he has already gotten her back.

The publication pointed out that it's unfair for Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith to assume that their marriage is falling apart even after they publicly talked about their relationship and discussed the infidelity rumors about her. Jada, also, made it clear that divorce is something that either she or Will wants.

Gossip Cop, also, debunked the stories of both tabloids for an obvious reason: Bahamas is closed to all visitors from the U.S. at the moment because of the coronavirus pandemic. In addition, Will Smith is at their home based on his recent post on Instagram. The actor even shared a video of him trying to do jumping rope in his backyard.
