Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are, reportedly, putting their divorce on hold after becoming more amicable. Rumors emerged that their relationship is getting better after the 56-year-old star visited her home in Los Angeles twice in a row.

An Australian tabloid acknowledged that Pitt and Jolie's divorce proceedings were slowed down due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, they, too, are, allegedly, still making "mega-progress" in their romance that may have something to do with the delay of their legal separation.

It said the former couple, reportedly, "found their way back to each by putting their family first." Their alleged renewed closeness was said to be "working," and his communication with his kids helped him be a better father. With this development, they are, allegedly, going to stop the divorce.

Gossip Cop has denied this claim, explaining that Pitt and Jolie have been legally single for more than a year. Their divorce is still in the works and waiting to be finalized. Hence, they are not legally together.

If the two ever decided to stop the proceedings, they needed to do another legal procedure that would require a paper trail. As no trail exists, the rumors about their alleged on hold divorce are not true at all.

In an interview with Vogue last month, Jolie seemed to be contented with her separation from Pitt. She even found their "split" the right decision and called out the media as "some" took advantage of her silence, while her kids saw "lies" about them.

The Maleficent star is now putting her focus on being a good mother to her six children. Hence, Gossip Cop claimed the media should see her silence as a move to set aside their divorce.

Jolie also opened up about the reason behind their decision to end their marriage. She also told Vogue that their separation was for their kids' sake, explaining it was for the "well-being" of her family.

She also continually reminded her children that they know "their own truth" and have "their own minds." She even commended them for being "six very brave and very strong" young adults.

Jolie and Pitt dropped their bombshell announcement that they would be opting for divorce in 2016. They had been married for two years but had been together for over a decade. Their romance began after they met on the set of Mr. and Mrs. Smith in 2004.
