Katie Holmes is rumored to be teaming  up with Leah Remini to trash Tom Cruise and Scientology on the latter's new podcast. A tabloid made it appear that Remini is now targeting Cruise on her podcast and that she is getting help from Holmes.

According to In Touch, Remini has been planning to reveal all of Cruise's dirt in her new podcast, titled Scientology: Fair Game, and may get the Kevin Can Wait star to help her.

Remini reportedly wants to hear Holmes's story about her marriage with Cruise as well as her experiences with the controversial church. A source told In Touch that the ex-Scientologist knows it would be a challenge to get Holmes on her show but she is trying her best to make it happen.

Apparently, Remini thought about trashing Cruise on her new podcast after she was "inspired" by actress Thandie Newton. The Westworld actress recently admitted that she was scared of working with Cruise because he was a very dominant individual. The two worked together in Mission: Impossible 2 in 2000.

The insider claimed Remini knows that Cruise isn't a nice guy. Aside from Holmes, she also plans to urge other Hollywood celebrities to come forward and tell their stories about the Top Gun actor.

Remini's new podcast, which premiered on July 21, is her follow up to the documentary Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath and her 2015 book, Troublemaker: Surviving Hollywood and Scientology. Leah's experiences in Scientology were tackled in the documentary and her book.

It has been known that the King of Queens actress became a member of Scientology, along with her parents, when she was about nine. She left the organization in 2013. Since then, she has become an outspoken critic of Scientology.

Gossip Cop reached out to Holmes' rep to get the actress' side of the story. Katie's rep confirmed that the In Touch story was false.

The Dawson's Creek actress will remain tight-lipped about her high profile marriage to Cruise and their divorce. Holmes also hasn't talked about her experience with Scientology though it has been known that it was the reason for her divorce from Cruise.

Meanwhile, Gossip Cop also noted that In Touch has a bad reputation when it comes to its reporting about Cruise. Last year, it claimed the actor was leaving Scientology so he could reunite with his daughter Suri, whom he hasn't seen since his divorce from Holmes. Of course, the story was false as Cruise is still an active member of Scientology.
