Giannis Antetokounmpo is young yet he is regarded as the best player in the NBA at the moment and his stock continues to rise. Unsurprisingly, rival teams want to snatch the Greek Freak from Milwaukee, and for the Miami Heat, they are willing to give up two players for Antetokounmpo.

Luring the Bucks superstar may not happen soon but Miami is determined to give it a try and the former NBA champs will make an offer that Milwaukee could not possibly refuse - two key roster members to fill up the void that Antetokounmpo's exit will leave.

The scenario was playing out in the mind of Ira Winderman of the Sun Sentinel. The journalist seemed convinced that given the opportunity, the Heat will make the move on the reigning MVP and Pat Riley will lay on the table that would interest the Bucks.

"If the Heat had to, there is not a player on the current roster they wouldn't trade for Giannis Antetokounmpo, or possibly not even any two," the Heat Nation reported Winderman as saying.

Pursuing Antetokounmpo will indeed boost the Heat's chances of returning to the old glory days. The last time Miami won an NBA title was during the superteam era led by LeBron James. The team is fully aware that with the 25-year-old on their side, they again get a shot at a Larry O'Brien.

The numbers speak loud for Antetokounmpo. He makes nearly 30 points per game and hauls down the ball in double digits. The Bucks star excels in the offensive end and does the same in defense. Antetokounmpo, in fact, is on track to win not only the 2020 MVP but also the Defensive Player of the Year.

The man is gold and all NBA teams know that. Antetokounmpo is the cornerstone in Milwaukee and wherever he heads next, the same role will follow. It's clear that the Heat want this prized player on their side but the question is: Will he be moving out of the Bucks area anytime soon?

The result of Milwaukee's campaign will prove crucial on this matter, according to Fadeaway World. The Bucks are favored to make the NBA Finals but there is no solid assurance the NBA title is theirs for the taking. The reality is Antetokounmpo's crew can lose and in such a case he could do some serious thinking in the offseason.

As the same report noted, the Bucks with Antetokounmpo on the lead have yet to appear in the NBA Finals and another disappointment could lead the star to make good use of his imminent free agency.

If Antetokounmpo will decide to make the jump soon, Miami certainly is a compelling choice. The team boasts of a winning tradition and can wage a successful title run in the seasons ahead, and this might just prove too tempting for Antetokounmpo to resist.
