The Seoul-based tech giant Samsung earlier launched its answer to Apple Card. Dubbed as Samsung Pay Card, the new Mastercard debit card was launched in the U.K. today. The company teamed up with Fintech Curve to provide users the convenience and complete control of finances without the complications of changing banks.
Samsung Pay Card Features
Unlike traditional banks, the new Samsung Pay Card utilizes everything in a single place. It combines the unique technology of Fintech's Curve with the global acceptance footprint of Mastercard. Through this, Samsung Pay Card users get better and optimized banking experience through their Samsung smartwatch and smartphone while earning rewards.
Aside from these, Samsung pay Card offers access to other exciting Curve features. It includes easy single-view access to the user's card spending. It also comes with instant spend notifications and, more importantly, a much cheaper F.X. fees compared to what traditional banks charge.
Samsung Pay Card users also enjoy the peer to peer payments feature from any linked bank accounts. It also gives its users the power to switch payment sources retroactively. The new Samsung Pay Card also comes with Go Back in Time feature, which offers more flexibility to users by allowing them to move transactions from one card to another.

Samsung Pay Card Security
Apart from these interesting features, the new Samsung Pay Card comes with a vault-like security through Samsung Knox. The new debit card's security features are always on aside from the multi-layered defense-grade security and proactive protection to ensure users' finances are secured and protected. In the event that the user lost his smartphone, access to Samsung Pay Card could be easily locked by using another Samsung device.
There is also the Find My Mobile feature that assists the users in tracking the lost device. Unlike the Apple Card, the Samsung Pay Card is purely a digital service, which means it has no physical card. It can be accessed using Samsung smartphones and smartwatches.
The new Samsung Pay Card is only available in the U.K. for now. However, fans from other regions should expect the rollout at a later date. Apple Card is only available in the U.S., which means Samsung launching the Samsung Pay Card in the U.K. is a strategic move to capture an unexplored market.
