Prince Charles has been selling limited jars of honey from his Highgrove Farm in Gloucestershire. About 400 pots of this sweet-tasting syrup with distinctive lime pollen flavor are available at the Royal Estate Honey's online shop.

The Prince of Wales established his organic bee farm when he received three bespoke William Broughton Carr hives for his 70th birthday. According to the Daily Mail, Prince Charles uses these hives to house around 150,000 bees at his Highgrove home. He also personally oversees the care of these bees with the help of his beekeepers.

These hives are apparently double-walled to help the bees make more unique-tasting honey, especially during the summer peak. Contained in a beautiful jar with purple and gold branding, the Royal Estate Honey makes the perfect gourmet gift for foodies to spread on toast.

However, some royal fans, on Twitter, apparently, cannot believe the price of Prince Charles' honey pots. One commenter on Twitter, reportedly, said that the honey's price at $32 (£25.00) is a rip-off. Another critic said that this only proves how "out of touch" members of the royal family are to the common man.

But, the Prince of Wales does not need the money to profit from the business. Proceeds of the honey's sales apparently go to the Prince of Wales's Charitable Fund to support his advocacies and causes.

Prince of Charles acquired massive wealth either through his inheritance or by growing his other businesses. Not unknown to many, the heir to the throne has an impressive real estate portfolio.

However, he will soon be giving up a part of his Highgrove Farm in 2021 to reportedly prepare for his future duties as the King of England. Prince Charles still has the Duchy of Cornwall and his Scotland estate in his portfolio. The future king also owns the Castle of Mey and the Dumfries House, which were gifts from the Queen Mother.

But one of his other prime real estates is the Dolphin House in Tresco. It stands in a small island, which the Prince of Wales actually owns. There are only about 175 people living in this vacation spot in the Isles of Scilly, per Veranda. Prince Charles rents out the Dolphin House to the public at roughly $6,430 (£4,865) a week during the peak season.

In late July, Prince William and Kate Middleton visited the Dolphin House with their three children for a short staycation. However, the last time Prince Charles had a holiday on this island was in 1989, when Prince William was barely a teenager.
