Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's Montecito mansion is on the paparazzi radar and a photo of the Sussexes in their new house or around their neighborhood will apparently fetch $250,000.

According to Los Angeles-based photographer Mark Karloff, there's apparently a confirmed price bounty for any paparazzi who can take a picture of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex while enjoying their casual time in Montecito. Photographers will also have a big payday if they can get a picture of Prince Harry and Meghan at the California beach.

Karloff said via Daily Star Online that Prince Harry and Meghan will likely venture into these semi-private beaches in the areas around their Montecito home since the weather is perfect for swimming in the water. On some days, the paparazzi can apparently shoot images of Orlando Bloom as he surfs on the coast and Prince Harry might join his friend in this activity one day.

The photographer said that a full set of photos or even videos of celebrities hanging out with Prince Harry and Meghan in Montecito will easily fetch a quarter of a million dollars. So, the paparazzi have been targeting the royals for that elusive money shot.

Karloff also said that he doesn't imagine Prince Harry and Meghan will keep staying home for too long since their community has a lot of hiking trails, lakes and even private hotels. They will try at least once to spend leisure time and the paparazzi will be there.

True to his statement, the photographers have apparently been circling the Montecito community for any glimpse of Prince Harry and Meghan. According to TMZ, the formerly quiet town at the doorstep of Santa Barbara has been buzzing with the paps and the neighbors are allegedly "fed up" about it.

There are helicopters zooming past the neighborhood at least four times a day. The paparazzis' presence is also seen at a shopping center near Prince Harry and Meghan's home.

On the upside, TMZ reported that tourist numbers have also gone up in recent months. However, these visitors also annoy shop owners because they ask about Prince Harry and Meghan.

Aside from Bloom and Katy Perry, Montecito is also home to Oprah Winfrey, Ellen DeGeneres, Rob Lowe and the Kardashians. Locals told TMZ that once the Duke and Duchess of Sussex start going outside and visiting places around the neighborhood, then it will be a lot busier with tabloid and media photographers.
