The job listings mentioned that these positions would be filled for its facilities in Washington, Bellevue, Palo Alto and its new facility in Austin, Texas. Many view this move as the company's initiative to expand from a clean energy company to focus on its vehicles' video gaming power and other innovations.
The listing also mentions that gaming in a vehicle is uncharted territory, but it aims to set the bar for what video gaming in a car could be. Tesla acknowledges that there might be an untapped market for those who would love to explore in0car gaming. Fans are expecting that the company would introduce less taxing games library in its vehicles.
However, we would not be surprised if future Tesla cars transform into capable gaming platforms. The U.S. electric vehicle maker is founded on the objective of innovation evidenced by ongoing software and hardware updates to its vehicles. Tesla CEO Elon Musk previously said in a tweet that the vehicles might add games like "Grand Theft Auto 5," Minecraft" and "The Witcher" to Teslas soon.
