BTS was set for a world tour this year, but their plans came to a screeching halt due to the coronavirus outbreak. RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook had been preparing for months. So, understandably, they felt frustrated when they were forced to cancel their schedule.

BTS recently appeared on the 75th UN General Assembly to speak to the young individuals of the world. Despite their superstardom status, RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook shared that they, too, struggled during the pandemic.

RM shared that he felt very alone after their "plans went away." The BTS leader said that when he looked up in the sky, he couldn't see the stars at night anymore. (Watch the clip here).

The BTS leader had been very vocal with how upset he was with their tour being canceled. But, Jungkook has the sweetest response to RM’s worries. The Golden Maknae has a direct reply to the “Persona” rapper’s UN General Assembly message, and it melted a lot of hearts.

“RM said he couldn’t see the stars anymore, but I saw my face reflected in the window. I saw all of our faces. Our songs became the stories we wanted to tell each other… We live in uncertainty, but really, nothing’s changed,” he said. (Watch the clip here).

This is not the first time RM expressed his frustrations regarding the outbreak. Back in March, the BTS leader took to Vlive to share his feelings about the whole situation.

RM is known for his professionalism and composure, but he shared his true emotions during the live broadcast. While the "Persona" rapper understands the situation, he felt helpless and upset about the whole thing.

RM shared that it was difficult for him and the other members to perform in music shows because their fans were not around. Since the seats were empty, they felt empty inside as well. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, Korean music shows have been recording performances without live audiences.

Despite his frustrations, RM wanted to end his live broadcast on a positive note. Instead of lingering on the fact that he was angry with the cancelation of their concert and feeling empty without ARMYs in the audience, he tried to look at the bright side.

BTS created “Dynamite” to comfort ARMYs all around the world, who are having a tough time during the pandemic. The disco-inspired summer bop became the group’s first song to debut at No. 1 on Billboard‘s “Hot 100” chart.
