There is little doubt that fans are still mourning the passing of Chadwick Boseman but there are amazing stories about the late Black Panther star that continue to surface to this day. For instance, Sienna Miller revealed that Boseman was one of the reasons why she was able to continue working on the action thriller 21 Bridges.

The G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra actress confessed that she almost turned down the role because she was initially unable to get equal pay for working on the movie. However, Boseman made sure she would get the salary she was asking for by donating part of his own pay.

21 Bridges was one of the last films that Chadwick Boseman worked on before his passing. The Brian Kirk movie also reunited the Marvel Cinematic Universe star with Avengers: Endgame directors Joe and Anthony Russo, who produced the crime thriller.

The film also starred Stephan James, Taylor Kitsch, Keith David, and J. K. Simmons but it almost lost Sienna Miller due to a pay dispute. Interestingly, it was Boseman who came in to make sure Miller would work on the thriller.

Sienna Miller recently spoke to Empire where she revealed that Chadwick Boseman made sure she would be cast in 21 Bridges. As a producer, Boseman had a say on who would appear in the film and he had wanted Miller to work on the movie. In addition to that, Miller revealed that the late actor went out of his way to ensure that she would get a higher pay packet for joining the production.

"This was a pretty big-budget film, and I know that everybody understands about the pay disparity in Hollywood, but I asked for a number that the studio wouldn't get to.... I said, 'I'll do it if I'm compensated in the right way,'" Miller said before adding that Boseman did the most generous thing.

"Chadwick ended up donating some of his salary to get me to the number that I had asked for. He said that that was what I deserved to be paid," Miller stated. In addition to that, she shared Chadwick Boseman's message to her about her worth.

21 Bridges may not have been a huge blockbuster but it would be a true testament to Chadwick Boseman's unfaltering generosity.
