"Call of Duty Mobile" has recently achieved a new milestone while the most awaited teaser for the game's Halloween content was confirmed by devs to drop this coming weekend.

Halloween Content

With Halloween fast approaching, most games in the industry are slowly rolling out content to celebrate the event in-game. On Twitter, "Call of Duty: Mobile's" official account confirmed that it would let fans take a peek at the game's Halloween content on October 3. The confirmation came after a fan inquired about the number of Standoff Halloween Maps that would return this year.

The devs said responded by stating that the map was amazing for the first real themed event in "Call of Duty: Mobile." He also assured fans that it had prepared lots for this year's Halloween event. Some fans are hoping that apart from the Halloween content, the teaser would also show some content included in the game's Season 11 update and Anniversary content.

"Call of Duty: Mobile" Season 11 update was not released on the test server. It only means that the devs want to hide from players the content of the update. Fans are also expecting that the Night Mode in both battle royale and multiplayer mode would be made available in the Season 11 update. Last year's Halloween in-game event featured the Standoff map and introduced a night theme. It is highly likely that the much-awaited Night Mode might be finally revealed to the game.

New Feat Achieved

In other "Call of Duty: Mobile" news, the game has reached one billion hours played monthly at its peak activity, according to analytical firm AppAnnie. This feat is impressive if this continues across the games' full lifespan. The popular shooter game started strong according to AppAnnie based on how fast it reached 100 million downloads.

The firm even mentioned that "Call of Duty: Mobile" is almost as fast as "Pokemon Go" but much faster than "Fortnite" and "PUBG" in terms of downloads. Since the game's launch, it has been downloaded and installed for 250 million times. In China alone, 46 million players have pre-registered for the game.

The popularity of "Call of Duty: Mobile" is partly due to the massive console audience of the "Call of Duty" series. The game tops the spot in terms of downloads for core mobile games in the U.S. "Call of Duty: Mobile" also tops the download for Android phones.
