"That actually isn't a real thing and it's like a press release that's gotten out of hand. It's totally not - I've been connected to these things in the past and press has gotten onto it, but it's not actually a thing, unfortunately," Maslany said.
This is surprising news considering that so many people are already looking forward to seeing Tatiana Maslany as She-Hulk. Some believe that the press release may have suggested that the actress was in negotiations to appear in the Marvel Cinematic Universe series but a deal was not made. On the other hand, others think that Maslany is trying to confuse fans about her actual role in the show.
It is important to point out that Disney and Marvel Studios didn't actually confirm Tatiana Maslany's casting in She-Hulk back in September. However, it is possible that the studios are waiting for the best time to make an official announcement about the Disney+ series. In the meantime, there is a possibility that Maslany was asked to stay quiet about her role until the studio announces her casting.
