Lovecraft Country episode 10 is coming this weekend on HBO, with the title "Full Circle." This is a significant episode as it serves as the season finale of the series. The title alone suggests that a lot of big stories are coming for everyone.
Some of the loose ends hanging since the beginning will be tied up in Lovecraft Country episode 10. Most of the characters have been getting their own spotlight throughout the series. They've encountered tragedies, discovered new things, and saw a world through a different point of view.
The upcoming episode takes us back to Ardham, where everything started in the first episode. We can expect the events mirroring between the pilot and the season finale. Leti (Jurnee Smollett), Atticus (Jonathan Majors), and Montrose (Michael K. Williams) all return to Ardham.
A ritual by a Braithwhite to gain mortality is, particularly, one of the central parts of the story. The ritual brings Ji-Ah's (Jamie Chung) storyline back, in which she saw Atticus' future and suspected that he's going to die. Then, the latter goes to visit an alternative universe.
Atticus' time there seemingly confirmed his death and learned about everything through a book written by George (Courtney B. Vance). Now, one of the major questions is whether or not he survives the final chapter. It's yet to be seen if he, indeed, dies as it has already been written.
Lovecraft Country episode 10 also sees other characters showing up in Ardham. Everyone will do whatever they can to ensure the safety of their loved one from Christina Braithwhite (Abbey Lee), who wants to be invincible by the end of everything.
Ruby's (Wunmi Mosaku) role is extremely important, as well. Christina likely kept her because of a specific reason -- not because she likes her. She's planning to sacrifice Atticus, so where does Ruby fit in the plan? There's a question as to what does Christina intends to do with her.
Hippolyta (Aunjanue Ellis) also has an essential role in the finale. She experienced the parallel universe for two hundred years. She lived, learned, and explored more about her identity. She has gone through some changes and she could be the only one to stop Christina.
A lot of lives are in jeopardy in the season finale. The promo teased that chaos is coming for everyone. There is a huge battle and could put mots go the characters on the line. The episode could also leave a cliffhanger, leading to a potential second installment.
