Manifest season 3 is not arriving until next year on NBC but it has been sharing news about what to expect in the next chapter. The series is, particularly, generous in introducing some of the new faces coming on board the story.

In a recent report from Deadline, it was confirmed that Will Peltz will have a recurring role in Manifest season 3. He is going to portray the character of Levi, someone who may form a certain connection to the Stone family -- particularly to Olive (Luna Blaise).

According to the official character description, Levi is a teaching assistant where Ben Stone (Josh Dallas) works. He is an expert in archeology, which will bring him closer to Olive. The latter is eager to learn more about the Egyptian research of TJ Morrison (Garrett Wareing).

Levi could have an important role in Olive's storyline moving forward. In season 2, Cal Stone's (Jack Messina) twin sister has been trying to find her place; wanting to fit into the world. She wasn't a passenger of Flight 828, but she wanted to uncover the truth about its disappearance.

While her storyline with TJ offered some solution, everything's not clearly tied up. She wanted to learn more about what happened to the flight and the mysteries surrounding it. Levi could help her uncover some secrets, which could lead to more questions along the way.

In addition to Levi, Manifest season 3 will also introduce new characters: Angelina and Tarik. The former is played by The Americans alumna Holly Taylor, who will be a series regular in the latest outing. The character was one of the Flight 828 passengers.

Only a few details were known about Angelina, aside from being on the same flight with others. But, she will have a significant part in exploring more mysteries. It remains to be seen how she'll interact with other passenges, especially to Ben and Michaela Stone (Melissa Roxburgh).

Meanwhile, Tarik is played by Luke Cage/Boardwalk Empire actor Warner Miller. The character is Grace Stone's (Athena Karkanis) estranged brother. He reluctantly helped the Stone family when they have nowhere else to run. That means he'll be spending most of his time with them.

Manifest season 3 kicks off a few months after the events that transpired at the end of the second installment. Jared Vasquez (J.R. Ramirez) will be meeting his new love interest, while Michaela and Zeke Landon (Matt Long) look for a new place.

Aside from these personal storylines, the central theme of the series remains: the mysterious disappearance of Flight 828. While investigating this, Michaela, Ben, and others need to figure out how they can beat their imminent "expiration dates."

Manifest season 3 is expected to premiere sometime in 2021.
