The Curse of Oak Island season 8 is arriving this week on History. The Lagina brothers, Rick and Marty, stepped up their game to unearth the "Money Pit." An exclusive clip has been released where they discussed their plans to locate the speculated treasures.

The footage of The Curse of Oak Island season 8 featured the Laginas holding a Zoom call with the team strategizing their next move as the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the production. But, as seen in the clip, everyone discussed interesting theories and more potential discoveries moving forward.

Rick and Marty, along with their team, are all excited to return to the island to uncover the 225-year-old mystery surrounding the area. They didn't stop searching for answers despite filming delays caused by the current global health crisis.

In the sneak peek, researcher Doug Crowell talked about the historic surveys conducted by treasure-hunters Dan Blankenship and Fred Nolan which was never followed up. Both surveys, reportedly, indicated underground tunnels -- and one of them could lead to the Money Pit.

Moreover, the survey indicated the potential locations of buried non-ferrous metals. According to the metal-detecting expert Gary Drayton, these buried items could include gold. The question now is: Is the team getting closer to discovering the valuable items?

Meanwhile, the clip introduced who will be appearing in The Curse of Oak Island season 8. In addition to Rick and Marty, the Zoom called featured Alex Lagina, Craig Tester, and Jack Begley. Tom Nolan, Steve Guptill, Dan Henskee, Paul Troutman, and Billy Gerhardt were present in the conference call, as well.

Fans can also expect project manager Scott Barlow, archaeologist Laird Niven, historian Charles Barkhouse, geologist Terry Matheson, and geoscientist Dr. Ian Spooner all returning in the latest installment. Everyone will be working together in order to solve the mystery once and for all.

In The Curse of Oak Island season 8, the team will utilize new technologies and new strategies. They'll be doing strategic dives, as well as more sophisticated sonic drilling. In season 7, they used can but only reached a certain distance. This time, they will proceed with the project called "Big Dig."

While searching for the Money Pit, the team already made several discoveries over the past years. For instance, they've found a rhodolite garnet believed to be 500 years old and a medieval cross made of lead which is estimated to have been made between 1200 and 1600.

The Curse of Oak Island season 8 is coming on Tuesday, Nov. 10, on History.
